This page describes how Earth Conscious Solutions handles shipping and fulfillment for ingredient orders and evaluation samples. Because we source bio-based industrial materials from multiple producers, fulfillment terms depend on the specific product, quantity, and origin. The terms confirmed on your quotation or order acknowledgment govern any individual shipment.
Order processing and lead times
Sample and small catalog orders are typically processed within a few business days of order confirmation, subject to stock. Bulk and made-to-order ingredient quantities are quoted with a production and dispatch lead time, because many materials are produced or packed to order. Lead times stated in a quotation are estimates based on current producer information and are confirmed at the time of order. We will notify you if a confirmed lead time changes materially.
Freight and incoterms
Bulk ingredients are shipped by ground or freight carrier appropriate to the weight, packaging, and destination. For larger or international shipments we quote on defined Incoterms, such as Ex Works, FCA, or DAP, so that responsibility for carriage, insurance, customs, and risk transfer is clear. Unless the quotation states otherwise, freight, duties, and applicable taxes are additional to the product price. Title and risk pass according to the agreed Incoterm.
Samples and evaluation quantities
Evaluation samples are supplied in limited quantities for qualification purposes. Some samples ship with an accompanying specification sheet or certificate of analysis. Sample shipments may carry a handling or freight charge, which we confirm before dispatch.
Regulated and hazardous materials
Certain bio-based materials may be classified as dust-sensitive, moisture-sensitive, or otherwise subject to handling or transport rules. Where a material is regulated for transport, we ship it in compliant packaging with the required documentation, and additional handling fees or carrier restrictions may apply. We may require confirmation that your receiving site can accept and store the material safely before we dispatch it.
International shipments
For international orders, the buyer is the importer of record unless agreed otherwise and is responsible for import compliance, duties, taxes, and any product registration required in the destination country. We provide commercial documentation, and where available the certificates and declarations needed to support import. Customs clearance times are outside our control and are not included in stated lead times.
Delivery, inspection, and issues
Please inspect shipments on arrival and record any visible damage or shortage on the delivery receipt. Report transport damage, shortages, or documentation discrepancies promptly so that we can work with the carrier and producer to resolve them.
