Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 16, 2026

Earth Conscious Solutions is committed to making our website usable by the widest possible range of visitors, including procurement, technical, and commercial professionals who rely on assistive technology. Accessibility supports our goal of making bio-based sourcing information clear, comparable, and available to everyone who needs it.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive differences. Conformance is measured against success criteria covering perceivability, operability, understandability, and robustness.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project. As we publish new specification pages, calculators, and catalog content, we test against our target criteria and correct issues we identify. Some third-party components, embedded documents such as supplier certificates of analysis, and legacy content may not yet fully meet our target. We are working to remediate these over time and to favor accessible formats in new material.

Measures we take

Our measures include using semantic HTML structure, providing text alternatives for meaningful images, maintaining sufficient color contrast, supporting keyboard navigation, labeling form fields in the RFQ and quote tools, and writing in plain, technical language. We review these measures periodically as part of routine site maintenance.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. Downloadable technical documents produced by third-party suppliers may not always include a fully tagged structure. Interactive tools may present challenges in certain screen-reader and browser combinations. We treat reported barriers as a priority for correction.

Feedback and requesting accommodations

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this site. If you encounter a barrier, or if you need information, a quotation, a specification, or a certificate of analysis provided in an alternative accessible format, please contact us at [email protected]. Please describe the page or document involved and the assistance you need, and we will work with you to provide the information through an accessible channel. We aim to respond to accessibility requests promptly and to provide the requested information in a usable form.

Standards and references

This statement references WCAG 2.2 as the technical standard we use to evaluate our work. We update this statement as our conformance status changes and as we adopt additional accessibility practices.
