Law 2232 also brings extended producer responsibility into the frame, so brands and converters need both a compliant material and the LCA / certification paperwork to defend it. Colombia’s coffee, sugar and horticulture base makes biochar a strong soil-amendment and carbon-removal play, and its large domestic converter sector is a natural distribution partner.
